What decision criteria are used for the approval/denial of an application for residency?
Each park will have their own criteria that can be confirmed by calling the park’s management. Many of the parks that we sell manufactured/mobile homes in use such criteria as:
- age (e.g., 55+ park)
- rental history (e.g, eviction)
- criminal history (see park management)
- credit history (e.g., bankruptcies, past due accounts, judgments, liens or collections)
- credit score (e.g., 700 or higher)
An applicants failure to meet one or more of these criterion may be grounds for the denial of his/her application for residency.
