We use the following four (4) categories to describe the “Status” of a listing.
The property is being prepared for photographs and showings.
The property is available for purchase at this time.
The Seller has accepted a Buyer’s “Offer to Purchase” and there may/may not be contractually agreed contingencies (e.g., inspections, residency approval, financing) that need to be removed/satisfied before the purchase can be completed.
The purchase has been completed and the home is no longer for sale.
