(1.) By Appointment Only:
Showings will be held by appointment only and will continue as allowed by Seller clients.

(2.) Submit your Request:
Please submit your request for an appointment using the form below. Requests received outside of our office hours will be processed the next business day. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

(3.) Animals (Service, Companion, and Pets):
Do you have any animals that would live with you? If yes then how many, what size and breed?
(4.) Residency Requirements:
All prospective residents intending to reside in the park must meet the park’s criteria used to evaluate an application for residency, including but not limited to:
  • Age (55+)
  • Credit score (700+)
  • Credit history (e.g., bankruptcies, collections, late payments)
  • Rental history (e.g., evictions)
  • Criminal history
The park’s criteria apply to all prospective residents, without exception, including those who intend to pay cash for the home. Does everyone who intends to reside in the home meet the park’s residency requirements?

(5.) Covid-19 Policy (Novel Coronavirus):
We take Covid-19 seriously, and as precautionary measures to help stop the spread of Covid-19, reduce risk, and protect the health and safety of clients, non-clients, and licensees, we are:

  • Meeting by appointment only; unscheduled visits are not allowed.
  • Limiting physical showings to one hour or less.
  • Limiting physical showings to prospective residents.
  • Limiting physical showings to four homes or less.
  • Require all in attendance to wear a face covering properly, which fully covers their nose and mouth, always when in the presence of our agents.
  • Require all in attendance to follow social distancing guidelines through physical distancing by always keeping no less than six (6) feet of distance between themselves and our agents.
  • Utilizing electronic signatures for transaction related documents through DocuSign®.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time to any person who does not:
  • Comply with regulations requiring face coverings in Maricopa County.
  • Practice social distancing.

5e. Does every person named above agree to wear a face covering properly, which fully covers their nose and mouth, always when in the presence of our agents?
5f. Does every person named above agree to physical distancing by always keeping no less than six (6) feet of distance between themselves and our agents?
(6.) Date Requested:
Because property showings will be scheduled on a first come first serve basis, please schedule, and confirm your appointment well in advance of your intended showing date. What is your preferred date for a private showing?
(7.) Home(s) Requested:
Per our Covid-19 policy, we are limiting physical showings to four homes or less. Which home(s) are you most interested in seeing. Please provide the park name and lot number:
