(1.) Shown Exclusively:
The mobile/manufactured homes advertised on this website are shown exclusively by the Seller’s Broker, Easy Living Solutions; an ADH-licensed manufactured home dealer that specializes in the resale of mobile/manufactured homes as personal property in age-qualified (55+) parks within the Phoenix Metropolitan Area.

(2) By Appointment Only:
Showings will be held by advance appointment only and will continue as allowed by Seller clients.

(3.) Submit your Request:
Please submit your request for an appointment using the form below. Requests received outside of our office hours will be processed the next business day. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, excluding holidays. Our office is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

(4.) Pets: Do you have pets, or intend to have pets, that will live in the home? If yes then how many, what size, and what breed?
(5.) Residency Requirements: All prospective residents intending to reside in the park must meet the park’s criteria used to evaluate an application for residency, including but not limited to:
  • Age: At least one person residing in the home must be 55 years of age.
  • Credit Score: No less than 700.
  • Credit History: No derogatory credit (e.g., bankruptcy, collection, late payments) on report.
  • Rental History: No evictions.
  • Criminal History: Contact park management for details.
The park’s criteria apply to all prospective residents, without exception, including those who intend to pay cash for the home. Does everyone who intends to reside in the home meet the park’s residency requirements?
(6.) Covid-19 Policy (Novel Coronavirus): We take Covid-19 seriously, and as precautionary measures to help stop the spread of Covid-19, mitigate risk, and protect the health and safety of clients, non-client customers, and licensees, we are:
  • Limiting in-person showings to prospective residents.
  • Limiting in-person showings to one (1) hour or less.
  • Limiting in-person showings to four (4) homes or less.
  • Requiring visitors to avoid touching any surfaces and sitting on chairs or other furniture.
  • Requiring visitors to wear a face covering properly, which fully covers their nose and mouth.
  • Requiring visitors to follow social distancing guidelines through physical distancing by always keeping no less than six (6) feet of distance between themselves and our agents.
  • Utilizing electronic signatures for transaction related documents through DocuSign®.
We reserve the right to refuse service at any time to any person who does not:
  • Comply with our Covid-19 policy outlined above
  • regulations requiring face coverings in Maricopa County.
  • Practice social distancing.

6f. Within the past 14 days, has any person named above been in close physical contact with anyone who has any symptoms consistent with COVID-19?
(7.) Date Requested: Property showings are scheduled on a first come first serve basis. Please schedule and confirm your appointment well in advance. What is your preferred date for a private showing?
(8.) Home(s) Requested: Per our Covid-19 policy, we are limiting in-person showings to four homes or less. Which home(s) are you requesting to see? Please provide both the park name and lot number for each home:
